Description

The Old Vicarage is an early 18th-century vicarage, later converted into a house. It is constructed of limestone rubble with an old plain-tile roof and brick gable stacks. The building follows an H-plan. It has two storeys plus an attic. The entrance front, situated in the central range, features a 20th-century doorway beneath a brick oeil-de-boeuf window. The crosswing to the right has two large, early 19th-century bay windows with stone mullions and crenellated parapets. The first floor of this wing has casement windows of 3, 2, and 3 lights, with a brick dentil eaves course. The roof of this section has two small hipped dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
