Description

Crooked Cottage is a 17th-century cottage built from coursed ironstone rubble and topped with a thatched roof. It features two brick end stacks and has a two-unit plan, with a single-storey range on the right side. The cottage mainly has five-light casements, with three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor flanking the entrance. Inside, the room to the right of the entrance includes stop-chamfered beams and a fireplace with a bressumer.
