Description
Evershot Harvington is a house, now subdivided, that likely dates from the late 17th century and was enlarged and remodeled in the 18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with some ashlar dressings and features a thatched roof with rubble and brick stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and stands one storey and attic high, as well as two storeys. The front has three windows, with the right bay having lower eaves, which suggests it may be the earlier section. Each bay has segmental-arched windows, with the right bay retaining a three-light casement and plank shutters. The doorways between the bays also feature segmental arches. The first floor has two-light casements with wooden lintels in the taller bays, along with a three-light dormer in the right bay. The roof has stacks at both gables and one to the left of centre. The interiors have not been inspected.
