Description

This is a late 18th-century house located on the north-east side of Mill Street, Kidlington. Built of coursed limestone rubble, the house has a gabled Welsh slate roof and a 19th-century brick lateral stack. It follows a two-unit plan and is two storeys high with a two-window front. The facade features timber lintels above an early 19th-century plank door at the centre, and 2-light and one-light casement windows. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest. The building is included on the list for its group value.
