Description
Well House is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels and features a Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high. The front has three windows that are irregularly spaced and contain two-light 20th-century casements, most of which have chamfered lintels. The doorway is located to the right of centre. The roof over the middle and right bays has a slightly steeper pitch and includes two stacks. The rear of the house features some leaded casements. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
