Description
Homestead Farmhouse and attached stable is a farmhouse and stable that has been converted into a house, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with wooden lintels and features an old plain-tile roof with a brick stack. The building has a three-unit through-passage plan and includes an outbuilding. It stands two storeys plus an attic. The right part of the front has three 3-light windows on each floor, a 4-panel door, and a blocked doorway, while the left part, which contains the stable, has no openings on the front. The right end of the roof has a gable facing the rear. Inside, there is a large blocked fireplace and stop-chamfered beams.
