Description
This is a dovecote and granary located approximately 15 meters east of Manor Farmhouse, dating from the early 17th century. The structure is built of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof.
On the left side, the two-storey granary has timber lintels above a 19th-century plank loft door, which is situated above a similar door. To the right, the dovecote includes a segmental stone arch over a small 18th-century plank door with strap hinges, topped by a glover on the roof. The gable ends of both sections have hood moulds above 2-light chamfered stone-mullioned windows.
Inside, the dovecote has butt-purlin roofs and doveholes in all walls.
