Description

Grange Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse constructed of regular coursed ironstone rubble. It has a steeply pitched Welsh slate roof with stone copings and two brick end stacks set on stone bases. The building follows an L-shaped plan. It is a single storey with an attic, and has a five-window front. A central plank door has an overlight and a moulded wooden surround. There are two tall two-light casement windows to the left, and a bay window with a hipped slate roof to the right. A small square window with a stone surround is located at the end of the building. Five tall two-light casements illuminate the attic space. All windows are topped with stone flat arches. The interior remains uninspected.
