Description

The chest tombs, made of limestone and dated 1829, are located approximately 30 meters southeast of the chancel of the Church of St Mary the Virgin. They feature panelled walls adorned with Ionic pilasters. One of the tombs has an inscription dedicated to Henry Anker, while the other has panelled walls with quatrefoil decoration in the carriers and a moulded chamfered ledger slab, with an inscription to an unknown Anker.
