Description
Parkview is a cottage with an 18th-century exterior located on North Road in Goudhurst. The building features a tile-hung upper level and a red brick ground floor, topped with a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high on a plinth, with a half-hipped roof and chimneys at the center and rear right. There are four wooden casement windows on each floor, along with a half-glazed door at the top and half-glazed and boarded doors to the right in a recessed section of the ground floor wall. The brickwork on the left side and the flat-arched and segmental heads of the window openings appear to be older than the brickwork on the right side, although the entire structure is likely a single timber-framed building. A catslide outshot extends to the rear.
