Description

Hale Place Cottage is an 18th-century cottage. The ground floor is built of brick, while the first floor is tile-hung with some exposed framing at the east end. It has a tiled roof, hipped to the left with a ridge stack, and half-hipped to the right with an end stack. The cottage has two storeys and three windows, with modern casement windows. The entrance is at the rear. There is a catslide roof to the rear and a lean-to addition to the right.
