TEA GARDEN LANE 1746 Coldbath Farmhouse TQ 53 NE 10/322 II 2. Mid Cl9. Part of the Abergavenny estate it has the Abergavenny coat of arms. Irregular plan. 2 storeys painted brick with part eclectic pseudo timber-framing. Tiled roof with barge boards. Cambered casements. The left side has 2 parallel ranges with gables, one of which is pseudo timber-framed.
