SANDHURST TQ82NW RYE ROAD (OFF) 1350-0/6/230 (South side) 20/06/67 Barn and Garage at Boxhurst Farm GV II Barn and oasthouse conversion. Probably late C18. Large L-shaped building mainly weatherboarded but part of ground floor red brick. Tiled roof with 2 hips to rear elevation. C20 casements. C19 cylindrical brick oast with conical tiled roof without cowl or fantail.
