The Barn At Old Surrey Hall

The Barn at Old Surrey Hall is a 18th-century barn and oast house that has been converted into a house. It features a timber frame with brick infill at the bottom, resting on a brick and stone plinth. The upper part is clad in weatherboard on the right side, while the lower right is brick-clad. The roof is plain tiled and hipped at the right end, extending over the oast at the rear right. There is an offset stack at the left end and a ridge stack to the left of the center. The structure is rectangular, with the barn at the front and the oast attached to the rear right. It has two storeys with irregular casement windows, featuring six windows across the first floor. The ground floor windows have diamond-pane leaded casements, and there is a boarded door to the left of the center, topped with a transom light. This building is included for its group value with Old Surrey Hall.
