Description
Rose Cottage and Oak Cottage are a pair of cottages dating back to the 17th century, but re-clad in the 18th century. They are timber-framed and weatherboarded, with a plain tiled roof. A large brick ridge stack sits centrally, and there are two hipped dormers. The cottages have two storeys and attics, with a regular three-window front featuring wooden casement windows. There are two boarded doors, located to the right of the left-hand window in Rose Cottage and to the left of the right-hand window in Oak Cottage. A catslide roof extends to the rear.
