This building is an oast and granary, now used as a house, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick with blue brick chequer patterns and features plain tiled half-hipped roofs with tile hanging on the gables. The north range has two cowls with wind-vanes on conical hoods that rise from the ridge of the roof. The building has a 'T'-plan, with the granary located in the wing to the south. It is two storeys high, with an irregular north front that includes two windows on the first floor and three on the ground floor, along with a glazed door to the right of centre. This structure is included for its group value.
