Description

Old Soar Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse located on the north side of Old Soar Road in Plaxtol. The building is constructed of red brick and features corbelled brick eaves beneath a plain tiled roof, which includes three small flat-roofed dormers. At the rear, there are two stone chimney stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a symmetrical five-window front, with glazing bar sash windows that have gauged flat arched heads. This property is connected to the adjacent Old Soar.
