Description

Pond Farmhouse is an 18th-century building located on the south side of High Street in Upper Beeding. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The construction includes red brick with grey headers set on a flint base. The farmhouse has a wooden eaves cornice and a slate roof. The glazing bars are intact. Access to the building is via a doorway that is reached by six steps, which has an iron handrail. The doorway is topped with a flat hood and includes a rectangular fanlight above a door made of six fielded panels.
