Mill-house. Possibly incorporating C17 on earlier framed structure. Lime- washed brick ground floor, painted weather-boarded 1st floor. Plain tiled roof, hipped to left. Large hipped gable to right. Tall Cl7 brick chimney in centre with diagonally-placed square stacks. 2 storeys, irregularly fenes- trated with assortment of C19 and C20 lattice casements. Modern panelled door in modern entrance porch to left. Later wing to rear.
