Description

Hamptons Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse, possibly incorporating elements from the 16th century, and it has undergone significant alterations over time. The building is timber-framed, with the framework visible on the ground floor and on the first floor to the left. The ground floor has brick infilling, while the first floor is plastered except where it is tile-hung to the right. The roof is tiled, with a catslide porch to the right. A central rear stack is constructed of stone with coupled brick stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high with four windows featuring irregular casement windows. There are doors at the front entrance, one to the right and one to the left.
