Description

No. 3 Shipbourne Road is a late 18th-century house that stands three storeys tall and features two windows, constructed of red brick. The entrance has a plain flat pedimented door case located on the left side, and the door itself is a seven-fielded design, with the upper panel filled with glass. The glazing bars are intact, except for the second floor, which has casement windows. The house is topped with a hipped slate roof.
