Description

Nos 9 and 11 on London Road are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the 19th century. They are three storeys high and constructed of brick, featuring four windows. The central bays on the ground and first floors project slightly and are topped by slate roofs. The doorways are recessed and have round heads. The original pattern of the glazing bars is still intact. Other notable features include a bracketed cornice, a hipped slate roof, and a central chimney stack. Nos 9 to 23 (odd) form a group.
