Description

No. 4 Shipbourne Road is a timber-framed building that dates back to 1732. Although it has been mostly refaced in brick, tiles, and weather-boarding, some timber framing is still visible on the ground floor. The building is divided into two sections: the southern half has two storeys and one window, while the northern half has three storeys, a half-nipped gable, and two windows. It features a tiled roof and sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing. There is also a modern porch added to the front.
