Description

Andrew House, consisting of numbers 13 and 15 London Road, was likely built around 1830. It is a two-story building with three windows. The exterior is of red brick, with an eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof. The windows retain their original glazing bars. The doorway features quarter-fluted columns, a semi-circular fanlight, and a door with six molded panels. The building forms a group with numbers 9 to 23 (odd) on London Road.
