Description
No. 231 on Canterbury Road is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is two storeys tall and constructed of brown brick, topped with a hipped slate roof that features a parapet. The front has three sash windows with flat head linings and intact glazing bars, along with stone cills. In the centre, there is a round-headed door case that includes a fanlight and a six-panelled door. This building forms a group with No. 229.
