Description

No. 4 Hawley Street is an early 19th-century building that stands four storeys tall with a basement, constructed from stock brick. It features stone coping and a string course. The façade includes three sash windows with intact glazing bars and stone cills. A cast iron balcony is present on the first floor. The ground floor showcases a two-light curved bay window and a round-headed doorcase on the right side. No. 4 forms a group with Nos. 2, 24, and 25 Cecil Square.
