  1. Late C18. 3 storeys and basement stock brick with red brick window dressings. Slate roof with dormers. 3 sashes on each elevation. On the Cecil Street elevation these are set in a 3 light curved bow. Mainly verticals only the other elevation has a central round-headed doorcase with panelled reveals and wrought iron railings to a staircase the shape of a mounting block. Area railings with urn finials.
