Description
No. 2 Cecil Street is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall with a basement, constructed of stock brick. It features a cemented parapet and window dressings, and has three sash windows. The ground floor is highlighted by a three-light canted bay window. The entrance includes a doorcase with a round-headed fanlight above a six-panelled door. This building is listed for its group value, as it forms part of a group with No. 1 Union Crescent.
