Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Cecil Street, forming a group with No. 6. It is four storeys high with a basement, and is faced in stucco. The roof is tiled, with stone coping and a parapet. The upper windows are sash windows with intact glazing bars. The windows on the lower three floors are arranged in three-light bays. The right-hand doorcase features a triglyph frieze and two plain Tuscan half-columns projecting from a cornice, above a semi-circular fanlight. The entrance has a six-panelled door and spear railings.
