Description

Number 1, Cecil Street is a late 18th-century building that stands four storeys tall with a basement, constructed of stock brick, which is partly painted. It features stone coping and has two sash windows with verticals only, along with a three-light canted bay window on the first floor. The doorcase on the right side is adorned with paterae, fluted pilasters, panelled reveals, and a fielded panelled door. The property is enclosed by spear railings. It is listed as Grade II for its group value with No 1 Union Crescent.
