Description
A barn dating from the 17th century and subject to substantial repairs, located in Ramshgate, on the east side of Haine Road. The barn is timber-framed and clad in weatherboards, topped with a thatched roof. The roof has a hipped section to the left and a half-hipped section to the right, with remnants of a mid-structure, possibly hipped or gabled, and a rebuilt red brick base. Inside, the barn features bays with aisles and a renewed roof with clasped purlins. The barn was noted to be in poor repair at the time of the survey.
