Description

1-3 Union Row is an early 19th-century building consisting of three storeys made of brown brick. The façades of Nos 1 and 3 have been covered in stucco. The building features a parapet and has a total of four windows. Nos 1 and 2 each have a bay window on all floors, with intact glazing bars. No 1 includes a pedimented weatherhood, while No 2 has a doorcase with pilasters, a projecting cornice, a low rectangular fanlight, and a six-panelled moulded door. No 3 has a simple doorcase. Additionally, No 1 is adorned with spear railings. Nos 1 to 3 collectively form a group.
