Description

Gardenia Cottage is a 18th century building located on Reading Street in Broadstairs. It is two storeys high and features a flint-faced exterior with a hipped tiled roof. The cottage has long and short stock brick quoins and window dressings. There are three sash windows without glazing bars and a simple doorcase with stock brick surrounds. The building also has later wooden shutters.
