Trinity Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on the southwest side of Reading Street in Broadstairs, specifically at Trinity Square. This two-storey structure features a flint-faced exterior with stock brick window dressings and long and short quoins. It has a hipped tiled roof and includes two sash windows that retain their glazing bars and have cambered heads. The entrance is marked by a simple round-headed doorcase that contains a six-panel door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed.
