Description

Rozine Cottage is an early 18th century building located on the northeast side of Reading Street in Broadstairs. It is two storeys high and features a flint-faced exterior with red brick dressings, quoins, and a stringcourse. The cottage has one casement window and one sash window. At each end, there are shaped Dutch gables that are edged with brick; however, only one of these gables is original, as a recent addition has been made to the right side, which includes one bay designed to match the style of the original with a Flemish gable end.
