Description

Kingsdown Farmhouse is a building with origins in the 18th century, with the earliest section dating back to 1785, while the later part was constructed in the 19th century. The farmhouse is two storeys high and primarily built of red brick, with some sections made of flint. It features a modern pantiled roof and a brick naves cornice. There are three sashes with intact glazing bars on the front. At the rear, there is a three-storey extension from the 19th century made of yellow brick, topped with a tiled roof. The central entrance has a doorcase adorned with plasterwork pilasters and an entablature, leading to a six-panelled door, of which the top two panels are cut away and glazed.
