The cottage adjoining East Northdown House to the southwest dates from 1721, featuring the initials SR and M. It is two storeys high, constructed with a flint-faced exterior and red brick dressings. The ground floor includes two casement windows and one sash window, along with a stable door. To the left of the cottage, there is a two-storey stable. This building is part of a group that includes East Northdown Farmhouse, the adjoining cottage, East Northdown Cottage, and a barn.
