Description

Quex Farm Cottage, dated 1611, is a single-storey building constructed with flint facing, stone end quoins, and brick window dressings. It features a very steep hipped tiled roof with two flint and stone chimneys. The cottage has two dormers and two altered mullioned and transomed windows. The central entrance is framed by a simple doorcase with a wooden weatherhood supported on brackets, leading to a four-panelled door. The rear of the cottage includes two sash windows. Quex Farm Cottage is part of a group that includes Quex Farmhouse and the Barn at Quex Farm.
