Description
This is a mid-19th century terrace of thirteen buildings, numbered 1 to 13. The buildings are constructed of stock brick, with variations in their appearance: number 9 has painted brick, while number 1 is stuccoed. The façade is four storeys high with a basement level. They are topped with parapets and stone copings. Most of the buildings have two sash windows on each floor, some featuring vertical glazing bars, and a few have three-light canted bay windows. The doorcases are simple and mostly round-headed. Number 8 features a porch supported by two Tuscan columns, and number 2 has a mid-19th century shop front. Numbers 6 and 7 have rusticated bases. The buildings are included on the list for their group value.
