Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Albion Street, part of the group forming the Royal Albion Hotel, which includes numbers 14 to 26 (even), and 30 and 32. It is constructed of painted brick with a stone coping to the parapet and features a single sash window. The doorcase on the Albion Street elevation has a cornice and pilasters, topped with a rectangular fanlight.
