Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Albion Street, part of a group including the Royal Albion Hotel (Nos 14-26, even, and Nos 30 & 32). It is a three-storey structure built of painted brick, topped with a parapet featuring a stone coping. The front elevation facing Albion Street has a single sash window. A doorcase is present, incorporating a cornice, pilasters, and a rectangular fanlight above the door. Decorative flower guards are affixed to the windows of this elevation.
