Description

Forge Cottage is a house from the early 19th century, constructed of painted brick with a plain tiled roof. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a corbelled brick eaves cornice, a central hipped dormer, and a stack on the left end. On the first floor, there are two horizontal sliding sashes and a central wooden casement with glazing bars. The ground floor includes one horizontal sliding sash and one wooden casement, along with a central half-glazed door set within a late 19th-century wooden and glazed porch. There is also an outshot to the left that has a horizontal sliding sash.
