Description

Rooks Hill Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century. It is timber-framed and has been clad in red brick with tile hanging, featuring a plain tiled roof. The building stands on a flint plinth and has a hipped roof with a gablet, and stacks located at the end on the left and at the rear on the left. The windows are a mix of metal casements (two on the first floor, one on the ground floor) and a wooden casement, with a central boarded door. A catslide extension projects from the rear.
