Description

Derbies Court is a house dating to the 16th and 17th centuries. It is timber-framed, with some exposed timber framing and plaster infill, and sections clad in painted brick and weather boarding. The roof is tiled and hipped to the right, stepping down and hipped to the left. There are stacks located to the rear centre and at the end to the left. The house has two storeys and a jettied end to the right, supported by a dragon post. The windows are arranged irregularly, with five in total, and feature mixed wooden casements and horizontal sliding sash windows. A boarded door is positioned on the left-hand side.
