Description
The Malthouse is a 17th-century building that has been converted into cottages. It is constructed of red brick in English bond and features plain tiled and thatched roofs. The structure has two storeys and an attic, with a plat band, a gabled roof, and a hipped dormer on the right side. There are stacks located at the centre and rear of the building. The windows are arranged irregularly, with one wood casement on the first floor and four on the ground floor, all having segmental heads. There is also a boarded door to the right. The malthouse section has two storeys and a plat band, a hipped roof, three wood casement windows, a cast door to the right, and two large sloping buttresses.
