Description
Parsonage Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a hipped roof with a paired modillion eaves cornice, along with stacks on the left and right and a projecting end on the right. The building has three sash windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all with gauged heads. The central door consists of raised panels and a recessed niche topped with a semi-circular fanlight in a gauged semi-circular surround. This door is accessed by a flight of three steps with iron railings, all set within a large porch supported by Doric columns that hold up an open pediment. The farmhouse is included in the listing for its group value only.
