Description

Luddenham Court is a house dating from the 15th century, with a refacing from the 18th century. The front elevation is timber framed and rendered, with some weatherboarding, while the side and rear elevations are clad in red brick. It features a plain tiled roof and stands two storeys high, with a parapet on the hipped roof, which has stacks on the right and a projection at the end right. The windows have an irregular arrangement, consisting of five glazing bar sashes and wooden casements. To the left, there is a six-panel door topped with a traceried rectangular fanlight, framed by an open pediment supported by pilasters and consoles. Inside, the house reveals an exposed frame with large scantling timbers and a crown post roof, with mullioned windows visible only from the interior.
