Description

Elverton Farmhouse is a house that dates back to the 16th century, with refacing and extensions added in the 18th century. It is timber framed and covered with channeled render, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, set on a plinth with a moulded eaves cornice beneath a hipped roof that features a flat-roofed dormer. There are stacks located at the left end and centre right of the roof. The windows are arranged irregularly, with six glazing bar sashes on the first floor and five on the ground floor, accompanied by a panelled door to the left. To the right, there is a recessed wing that dates from the 18th and 20th centuries.
