Description

The ruins of the Church of St Nicholas are the remnants of a medieval parish church. The structure is built from coursed flint and originally included a nave, chancel, and a west tower, which collapsed in 1719. The surviving west wall of the tower measures 20 feet in length and 10 feet in height, extending 2 feet to the north and 5 feet to the south. At ground level, the footings of the nave and chancel walls can still be seen.
