These stables, located 30 yards north of Grove End, date from the 17th century and were extensively repaired in the 19th century. They are constructed of red brick in English bond, with buff brick repairs, and feature a timber-framed upper storey topped with a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high on a plinth and has a half-door entry along with a mullioned window on the right side of the front. This structure is included in the listing for its group value only.
